When will my order ship?

Your order will ship in 24 hours, or sooner, from the time you submit your order. We will let you know if there are any delays in processing, or stock availability.

Can you ship perishable items?

Yes, depending on the item. We will do our best to pack accordingly with ice and/or cold packs. However, given the nature of fresh products, or frozen products, shipping may not be available.

Cancelling orders before shipment

You can cancel your order up to the point of being ready for shipment. Please contact us for more information

What do I need to pick up my order?

Please bring a copy of your receipt, or your order number to the store after we send you an email that your order is ready for pickup.
