Online Order Processing

All online orders require a two hour processing time before being ready for shipment, or pickup. Processing will only occur during our normal business hours of 9:00AM to 4:00PM Monday – Friday.

Availability of Items

We try our best to show the availability of our products online, however, there may occasionally be differences between what is available in store versus online. In this case, we will let you know after you place your order if we are unable to fulfill with current stock.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please contact us using our contact page, phone number, or send an email to: cancellations@deercreekmarket.com – we will cancel your order unless it is already shipped or ready for pickup.

What do I need to pickup my order?

To pickup your order after you place it online, you will receive an email stating that your order is ready for pickup. In this case, please come to our store and your order will be ready at the front, or in our cooler and staff will get it for you.

Do you ship perishable / cold products?

Yes. For perishable products, we pack and ship accordingly, including cold packs, or ice. Please understand this may cause spoilage if left out on a porch, or if left without a pickup for an extended period of time. 

Is Shipping Free?

We only offer free shipping during our promotions and through coupon codes. Please join our newsletter, or follow us on Facebook to see our current promotions and get coupons.

Is my data secure?

Yes! We use the latest in digital encryption, including SSL certificates with identification masking to ensure that no one can get your personal data. 

Do you share my information with anyone?

Of course not! We only share your information regarding your orders with our staff members who pack, ship, and prepare your orders.
